Salary: 14,500 – £16,500 plus company Bonus Scheme

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday

Description:

We’re looking for a talented marketer to support the marketing and communications function across our growing training organisation. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day functions of a busy department, and have responsibility for various activities and campaigns. The successful candidate will work across the full marketing mix for both B2B and B2C audiences.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday

Description:

  • To plan and deliver Functional Skills interactions associated with learners and staff on courses within agreed subject areas. This includes the development of the learning experience, its delivery, assessment and the progress of learners on the course
  • To provide high quality education and training for learners needing to develop their Functional Skills, as part of their main vocational studies
  • To assist in the development and delivery of new courses with Functional English, mathematics and ICT.

Location: Field based covering the Bimingham area

Salary: £25,000 per annum starting salary plus company Bonus Scheme

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday

Description:  To deliver quality teaching, learning and assessment to learners, to defined quality standards across all Apprentice / QCF programmes within the range of own occupational competence and to support members of the delivery team as required.

Some responsibilities of the role include:

  1. To manage and deliver Teaching Learning & Assessment (TLA) to a caseload of up to 45 learners and to ensure that this caseload complies with the following:
    • Past Planned End Date (PPED) (this should not exceed 5% of the caseload)
    • Expected completions (a minimum of 90% of the caseload to achieve)
    • % on track learners (not below 90%)
    • % off track learners (not to exceed 10%)
    • TLA sessions occur every 4-5 weeks or more
    • Progress Reviews occur every 10-12 weeks
    • All areas of the framework/ qualification to be delivered (including Functional Skills).
  2. To maintain accurate and up to date records of training, planning, registration, assessment, certification and observations of practice, in line with Ofsted, Awarding Organisation and ESFA guidelines.
  3. To work closely with the Business Development team to support the recruitment of learners to supplement caseload and ensure new learners are recruited in line with departmental targets.

Salary: £11,500 – £15,500 per annum plus company Bonus Scheme

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday

Description:  To assist the organisation in promoting its business development opportunities, providing administration support and taking responsibility for learner referral and screening activities within the department.

Some responsibilities of the role include:

  1. Co-ordinating and arranging inductions for all learner referrals via telephone / email
  2. Liaising with and co-ordinating learner data and/or client related data for the team
  3. Supporting preparation for inductions with learners
  4. Maintaining sales management and reporting tools and processes
  5. Assisting towards the internal communications across departments.
